This is my favorite cereal. When I want something quick, may not be the healthiest, but not the worst either. I enjoy this with soy milk. Likely find in any grocery store and they carry a few options.

The is one of my favourite cereals! It is super crunchy, nutritious, comes in a mega size and is $8 at Costco!
🌸 i grew up eating Post Great Grains cereals, so this is my go to comfort food. 🌸 While I have switched to protein shakes and fruits, I always stand by cereals for a quick fill me up. 🌸 Among the various flavours, I like the ones with dried fruits most. So this Cranberry Almond Crunch makes it to the top of my list! 🌸 What I like is the oat clusters that are crunchy, the almond slices and when the dried cranberry soaks up the mylk. The sweetness is just right. 🌸 It has lots of fibre so I feel less hungry. Plus lots of grains, vitamins and minerals. It is not "cooked" which makes it seem healthier. And of course it is non GMO & vegan! 🌸 However, this flavor is not always stocked. So I always buy 2 boxes at each time. Been on this for years and it's still as good as ever! Bits of cranberries really makes a huge difference in texture as it is for all other flavours.
I prefer the banana nut crunch to this one but it’s just as good!
