I always keep pasta in the pantry because its so versatile in meals. I have

not tried this brand yet but plan to try it with a marrow and Bolognese sauce 🍆🍅🍆 #veganisnotscary

It might be a bit pricier than other pasta brands but it's totally worth it.

It took about 10 minutes from start to finish and I cooked it with veg stock and some spinach. It was the perfect texture and soaked up the flavour wonderfully. I've even got my idea for the next meal to make with this !
