Jackfruit in brine

Fairly inexpensive. I tend to use a few chunks in pasta sauces or as an addition to dumpling fillings. It would probably be a really good addition to a homemade veggie burger I usually have at least one can in the cupboard. I would love to try fresh jackfruit sometime.
