This is always $7+ at the store so I was excited to find it on sale for super cheap. And omg I would actually pay full price for this next time. It tastes like pesto, my favorite! I’ve tried this on many things so far but my favorites have been dipping chicken nuggets in it, drizzled on roasted potatoes, and as a sauce for gnocchi. Nice option for vegan dressing. It’s mainly basil so it’s great to use if you want a caprese salad but don’t have any fresh basil. Just chop up your tofu, tomatoes, put over greens and dress with Vegan Goddess.
