Saved 64%raita, dahi vada, curd rice, and even to make buttermilk. It doesn't have an overpowering peanut taste and works really well when used in dishes that would typically require curd. You can even get a subscription and have it home delivered for your convenience.
But when they dropped it off i was sleeping n by the time i kept it in the refrigerator it was already 2+hrs😅 so i thought I'd freeze n thaw it then it'll be thick consistency🤪 i was wrong 😂 it looked like it was curdled 😱but then i stirred it n it became runny in consistency 😂😂. They do say not to freeze but i read that after freezing it😅 It still tastes good! 🤤🎉🎊

Being a South Indian, curd was an integral part of my diet. If you ever visited a South Indian household you will notice that we end our meal with curd rice, and not just in the south but also other parts of the country we make many curd based dishes to compliment our meals. So you can guess the amount of dairy consumption for one of the most populated countries in the world, it is just staggering.
A definite recommend if you are a curd/yogurt person and are finding the going tough.

liquidity like butter milk! It wasn't curd at all. Disappointing. However it would have tasted good if was thick
