Vegetable Protein Balls

I wanted a tasty alternative to meatballs and these were amazing! However, I fried them instead of placing them in the oven and they lost their shape 👎🏻 so I'll stick to the instructions next time 😅 I had these with spaghetti and a tomatoey sauce and they tasted soooo good 👌🏻 picked them up in Tesco for less than £2 #vegatableballs #vegan #meatballalternative #plantbasedlife

These vegetable protein balls, cook super fast in the oven, and I have been using them on salad bowls at lunch time. I start work at 4am, so when I come back from work, I need to eat, but don’t feel up to cooking huge meals. The sweetcorn in the balls is a tasty added extra. They can be a little dry, but I add dressing to the salad, or I drizzle olive oil on top.

This product is usually quite well hidden in the frozen aisle, but look out for it as it is really quite nice. Not a hugely meaty texture but a rather good taste and a healthy option.
