Found these while looking for vegan breakfast bars and am quite pleased by both texture

and flavor. The first strawberry macademia bar I tried was lacking in flavor, however both blueberry cashew and double chocolate delivered in taste. Texture is comparable to a soft baked bread. Not filling, yet satisfying. Cost is a bit pricey though.

Really like these light little bars. They are light, airy (surprisingly) and healthy. Gluten free,

grain free, low glycemic... I got it for $2 which is pretty cheap considering. Other flavours are great too, I liked this it was like a healthy two-Bite brownie
