These pumpkin seeds are a nice, simple snack that you know is vegan. They're just
pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil, and salt, so you know what you're consuming. They taste good and are full of nutrition: a 1/4 cup serving contains 8g protein, 2g fiber, and 15g fat (only 2.5g is saturated fat), and plenty of vitamins and minerals. I would recommend them for those who like simple, whole foods.
