#Veganisnotscary Today finally I had chance to make quesadilla. I made my stuffing with garlic , green onion , spinach and arugula. Stair fry in-little oil . This cheese melted nicely . Cheesy taste with lot of green and crispy . You can’t get this in restaurant 😘 I am sure any body can make with Good planet -& good ❤️. For dipping I mix half vegan sour cream thin it with half yogurt . Add lemon pepper and garlic . Yummy . Cut calories.
