This product is sooo good. Gives tofu scramble a nice ‘eggy’ flavour.
You can add it to your tofu, to make it taste like scrambled eggs. To deceive the eyes: add some turmeric to make it yellow too! I love this discovery.
This salt is mined in India and has a very sulphury taste and smell. It is IDEAL to use when making vegan eggs as it gives it that eggy taste. It is also very good for digestion
