Not my usual but it’s a good soy milk. Perfect with ProNutro. High in protein and low in carbohydrates and fat. I see, however, that it’s not calcium enriched which isn’t ideal. If you can get a serving of calcium with breakfast in plant milk it makes getting enough calcium for the day a lot easier. Since this product lacks such an important nutrient, I probably wouldn’t get it again

Decently-priced though I think it should be cheaper considering it uses less resources than cow’s milk! A good source of Omega 3s and Vitamins B12 and B2.
I love this milk for baking and for smoothies. The high protein content makes it an ideal Smoothie base.
