Acchari Tikka (Mock Meat)

Had a really weird smoky, sour taste and none of my fam was fond of it. The texture is very chewy and could’ve been nice but the taste rly puts us off

This is very tasty, affordable easy to cook and no seasoning required

Don't know why but it tastes a little burnt And has a weird texture
