Está muy bueno. Aunque en teoría es un símil al jamón, a mí me recuerda
al tradicional lomo ahumado o lomo embuchado.

It’s really good. Reminds me of cured ham. The texture is very similar and the
taste is spot on. I think the only thing missing is a little more salt. Most cured meats are usually salty, and this one isn’t (which is good for your health overall). Still, very delicious.
