Buonissimo, da mangiare anche crudo! Non penso sappia così tanto di pancetta, forse più che altro di speck! Ha pochi grassi saturi, pochi zuccheri, molte proteine. Lo ho usato per preparare una carbonara vegana 😋 però potrebbe essere più adatto per una sorta di amatriciana. Ci proverò (:

Finalmente una carbonara veg senza tofu affumicato 😅 Davvero un'ottima idea rendere il mopur in cubetti.
Stra felice che sono sempre di più i prodotti che replicano quelli animali nella loro forma "pronta", comoda da utilizzare. Questi cubetti li ho presi per fare una pasta che mia mamma mi faceva sempre: non hanno passato il test "a prova di onnivoro" e non mi son piaciuti quanto avrei voluto (li ho trovati un po' gommosi), ma è cmq un buon prodotto.
Presa per l'offerta. Devo dire molto buona ma non tra le mie preferite Molto saporita, forse anche troppo per me
