While Traveling over the weekend I stopped at a target and came across these lemon bars. I absolutely love lemon - these were fantastic. I love that they only have five ingredients in them. The fewer ingredients the better in my book - sometimes simple as best. Lemon anything is top of my list in snacks and these are awesome and pretty cheap.
I found these at target and really like them. They're vegan, and have no added sugars or anything artificial.
