Lemon Bar

This is Target's new in-house brand that seems to be focused on plant-based products.  The Lemon Bar is part of the Date & But bar line and touts "just 5 ingredients".  Ten years ago I used to make raw desserts all the time and these bars remind me of those treats, back in the day when there were only one or two reliable vegan websites.

The bar is soft and fresh and a great option when you need something fast and easy.  I bought a box of five for $3.99, so eating well doesn't have to cost a fortune.

Lemon anything is top of my list in snacks and these are awesome and pretty cheap.

Yes,it makes the work easy if all brands label  VEGAN clearly!!

Pleasantly surprised to find this slightly cheaper alternative to Larabars. I also love that bigger name stores are starting to imitate smaller brands. Putting ‘vegan’ plainly on front of the packaging is awesome and a huge step!

It’s better than maybe you would guess when you see date -based bars in general. Lemon is nice change up from the traditional flavors, too. #georgiasplace
