ive come to learn that macrobars are on a hit-or-miss basis. this one is a miss. i love how this bar only has a handful of recognizable ingredients, but the taste is just not there. very bland, chewy, and not what i would consider a satisfying snack. if you're looking for something to shove in your mouth on the run, yeah itll do the trick. but imo there are better flavors from gomacro (with more protein!!) skip this one.
