Hashbrown Potatoes

The Viet Vegan posted about these and I had to try them. Potatoes in a

milk carton? Fun. They're really easy to prepare but I had to add my own seasonings to make them tasty. The carton says each one is 7 servings. I'm guessing max 4 as a side to a hearty breakfast. Personally, potatoes are a meal, so this was 2 servings.

Love this product! Just add water to rehydrate. Saves time and tastes great!

I’m not a huge fan of hash browns, but these were decent. They cooked up

nicely, and I couldn’t tell by the taste that they’d been dehydrated.

These are so convenient and filling. No salt needed in my opinion.
