Perfectly vegan when prepared without eggs. I usually use applesauce or a banana instead but
lately I have been using whipped aquafaba and it comes out SO GOOD (pls no questions about how much cake we eat at my house🤪) #chocoholic

Accidentally vegan muffin mix! Good for making 2x sheet cakes as well. Is vegetarian when
made according to package instructions, can be made vegan with substitutes.

So convenient for when you just want to whip up some muffins quickly. Happy to
see that unlike Snowflake this brand hasn't annoyingly added whey powder (🙄). Easy to work with and muffins came out well.
