I usually add in some oat milk and Lindt chocolate for an added chocolatey surprise in every bite
So convenient for when you just want to whip up some muffins quickly. Happy to see that unlike Snowflake this brand hasn't annoyingly added whey powder (🙄). Easy to work with and muffins came out well.
A yummy easy to make premix - it makes a great cake batter too, so a good substitute for other expensive store cake mixes.
Perfectly vegan when prepared without eggs. I usually use applesauce or a banana instead but lately I have been using whipped aquafaba and it comes out SO GOOD (pls no questions about how much cake we eat at my house🤪) #chocoholic
