We made some vegan muffins using this muffin mix and it came out very tasty. We generally like cappucino flavoured anything so we probably would buy this again. #veganisnotscary

Childhood favorite! And yes, it can be made vegan and the mix is accidentally vegan, otherwise is vegetarian with egg if made according to package instructions
A big yes to this! Instead of eggs I either use banana or flax powder.
The premix itself is vegan, so if you make the muffins using flax eggs instead of egg, you can easily make vegan cappuccino muffins! (1 tbsp flaxseed powder + 2.5 tbsp water = a replacement for one egg)
