Mac & vegan cheese

Wasn't a big fan of the taste, wish it was more flavourful. I added butter to the dish and it really did help to make it creamier.

My partner and I LOVE these🤤🤤🤤 he’s not vegan but says he likes it more than ‘real’ Mac and cheese, he gets two boxes every time he goes to the store and has been eating it every week😆 So so yummy👌 there’s not much in the box though so it’s a bit expensive for the portion. The sauce is great and really forgiving- it’s easy to tweak to get the constancy you like. Last two pictures are just the sauce on its own, and our not so pretty but very yummy Mac and cheese curly fries🙌

Of course, I paid festival prices which I didn’t mind to help support a vegan business, but it was a tad outrageous. I think I paid $10 for 3 boxes. Despite the lack of value, I’m so glad someone offers a vegan version of Mac and Cheese. The quinoa-rice pasta does have a different taste than ‘regular’ pasta which I quite enjoyed al dente. The nutritional values really lured me. The fat content is quite low and the fibre, protein, calcium, iron and .B12 amounts are crazy! Half of the prepared box has 214% of your day’s Vitamin B12!!!!! I overlooked the carb and sodium content. I’d get this again if I saw it on sale at a reasonable price, but I’d be reluctant to pay full price.

I got this a birthday gift from my best friend and she bought it while visiting Canada earlier this year. It's the best vegan mac n cheese (with a cheese flavour) I've had. It wasn't as good as I remember the non-vegan mac n cheese I sometimes bought but it's still very good. I would def buy this again if it happened to pop up in a vegan store in Sweden.
