The flavor of this is spot on! Very sharp cultured taste. The biggest downside is that it dissolves as soon as you put it on anything wet so the flavor gets lost easily. Not much nutritional value although it does have calcium which can be challenging to get enough of sometimes. I found this at Grocery Outlet for $0.99 which was a really good deal and I think this is definitely worth trying.
