Tzatziki-style #dressing based on rapeseed. Flavoured with mustard, #garlic, dill, cayenne and flavourings. The taste is mostly flavoured by a hint of #mustard and garlic with a classic mild mayo-taste. It has some acidicy to make it #fresh but it is not sour at all. Overall it’s nice and refreshing, great to pair with more spicy or seasoned foods. It has a good amount of #cucumber added, but sometimes I feel it would have been better with more. Depends on what it’s paired with! It still has some crunch left but as expected they aren’t as crisp as fresh #cucumbers. The dressing itself has a pleasantly smooth consistency. When I tried this in the past it was a bit runny. It seems fixed now, or I just got a dud back then. It has a medium thickness that is similar to plain yoghurt. Not the creamiest either but it feels nice and light. It is #palmoilfree, #glutenfree, #nutfree and #soyfree. Clearly vegan. The box is #recyclable. 💵~25 NOK at Rema originally.
