Slices of vegan salami, tastes so much like ham! Overall really good but not my
favorite “alternative” vegan food :)
Vegan #mockmeat alternative to #salami. Based on protein and starch from peas. Seasoned with garlic,
herbs/spices, herb/spice extracts, flavourings and natural flavourings.
Very similar to how I remember salami tasting like. Super meaty and savoury. The spices taste like I’m used to as well. There’s some #pepper in there for sure I think but otherwise I am not sure how to describe it. Nice amount of flavour. It’s very #salty in a good way.
Compared to ‘real’ salami these slices are softer and not as chewy. It’s a good texture for a #meatalternative but it is not the most realistic for a salami product. It does have some grease to it but it lacks that oily film on top that I remember.
It is #palmoilfree, #soyfree, #glutenfree and #nutfree. No mention about recycling.
💵~34 NOK at Kiwi. Contains 10 slices. The price is okay in my opinion, a lot of meat versions are priced similarly.
Overall a good product that I would buy again. The texture could use some improvements to be more realistic, but its flavour is great.

This was one of the first vegan pålegg I got my hands on when I
went vegan, and I still buy it from time to time. I was never the biggest consumer of #salami in my pre-vegan days, I only had it occasionally, and this is okay as a substitute, it's not super tasty, but it's at least edible. It also smells okay and has decent texture.

Ho trovato questo prodotto in Norvegia, qui in Italia non credo di averlo mai visto.
Buono, comodo per panini e piadine, molto speziato e “finto” come sapore ma ogni tanto ci sta!
