The original cheese shreds from Go’ Vegan. It is a mix of #cheddar and #mozzarella. Based on coconut fat, shea fat and starch. I really like the taste of this! The cheddar mixed with the mozzarella is very tasty. It’s mild enough to not overpower milder toppings and combinations but it isn’t as plain as an usual ‘original’ flavour. Super #cheesy! It’s a great all-around cheese, but it is perfect on pizza. This #vegancheese melts really well! It does need a little extra time in the oven to get super gooey, so I recommend making sure you don’t set the heat too high as your meal might get slightly burnt before the #cheese is perfect. It can get slightly stringy but it is not identical to ‘real’ cheese. Unmelted it has a texture that I find starchy, I was never a big fan of unmelted #cheeseshreds even as a non-vegan so it doesn’t change how I use this product. It is #palmoilfree, #nutfree, #soyfree and #glutenfree. Fortified with calcium, D3 and B12. The packaging is #recyclable. 💵~37 NOK at Kiwi. Pretty good price for a 200g bag! To Norwegians: you get 3 for 2 on go' vegan products at Meny! I hate the orange look, it looks like carrots 😂 but the taste is good. Not a WOW effect like coop vegetardag, but it works! Overpriced tho
