Cheddar and Mozzarella

🧀 Cheese are one of my weaknesses and the thing I miss the most -together with milk chocolate 🤭 I used this grated mix for pizza and in between layers of the Polenta. The texture is not really soft as some others dairy animal products,but I learned to live with that. I wish the cheesy taste could be stronger, tho! 😢 200gr for pack, so is also pricey!
