I enjoyed the taste of this product, I wasn’t a fan of the wrapped cubes, but this product also comes in a jar so I got that to try!

I’m not sure how I feel about this product. It’s not super easy to melt and has a pretty strong industrial taste to it. I normally use it if I run out of my own homemade soffritto, so it’s not my primary choice if I want to add a certain flavor to a dish

solid choice for any time you need veggie broth. does take a bit more time to prepare as you have to boil the water and let the cube melt before adding to your cooking but the fact that its such a space saver makes up for it. 1 cube is 3 cups
Pretty good value, as opposed to tetra pack.stock , and very space friendly. Could use a touch more flavour, but a super nice option to have, and dissolves nicely in hot water.
