These were amazing. I didn’t know what to expect since these were my first glutinous rice balls. In this case with red bean filling, which I already knew and loved from knowing mochis. These here are very similar to mochis but a bit less sweet (unless you add sugar or something sweet yourself, which is not necessarily needed). Perfect dessert 💛 quick to prepare (they come frozen and then you boil them for 5-7 minutes. #glutinousrice
