Green lentils. Perfect for a fresh summer salad - they even give you a suggestion! (in the last pic) - or to incorporate on your homemade veggies’ balls or burgers! Today I tried a vegan version of meat roll - a vegetable roll 🌱 And I used these lentils in it and it gives a really nice texture and flavour to it!! ✨ #veganuary #healthy
