Ginger Rings

Something about the association of #ginger with #biscuits, I expect them to be tough and resistant to the bite, like ginger snaps 😅 This one was soft, and in fact softened further over the 2-3 days after opening 😐 Not my sort of thing but perhaps that's a personal preference. The bigger issue that I had was that the ginger was very faint and almost in the background, making this a rather plain biscuit indeed 😔

Had no idea that a ginger cookie could be so terrible before I tasted these. Well, one bite of one ring. No ginger taste. No any taste. Gummy texture. Big no.
