Ginger Beer

Qui trovo davvero ovunque la ginger beer, fenomeno che invece è molto raro a Sassari. Però, proprio a Sassari, avevo comprato da una piccolissima produttrice sarda, una birra allo zenzero artigianale. Mi era piaciuta davvero un sacco. Very nice ginger beer. In the “is it vegan” app it says it is probably vegan. Tastes very good of ginger and is also nice and spicy. It’s prickly and sweet.
