In America it was so difficult for me to survive, the most of what I

ate gave me a bad stomach ache, I had gained a lot of weight and was constantly sick, despite everything I had to work, so I found the solution and became a fruitarian for the rest of my stay there, I just ate bananas , mango, giant avocados, papaya and this amazing coconut that I loved!!🥰🥰🥰

I usually drink this during summer, and then I chop coconut pieces and chew them

:) and with the shell I make plant holders which I put in macrame plant holders :) from one coconut so many uses !!! Tesco sells it for €2,50

Coconut that comes with a little stick to punch a hole for the straw. I

bought it because I thought it would be a fun experience and it definitely was. The coconut water did taste sweet and fresh. After you finish it you can break open the coconut and scrape out the flesh. 🥥🌴
