I didn't like this one as much. The sauce was a little too sweet and there was too much of it in my opinion. The tofu was a bit chewy too, as you'd expect from cooking it in the microwave. Might have been better in the oven. Still ok when you need something quick and fairly healthy #microwavemeal #quickandeasy #quickmeals #tofulover

This was delicious. Good amounts of #broccoli and #tofu. High protein. It’s sweeter than I prefer. I would’ve liked more rice. But overall I loved it. Sweet Earth seems to have lots of vegan options lately. $4.99 on sale at Meijer.
Although it tasted good and was convenient, I probably wouldn’t buy it again. The portion is quite small so it’s not worth it. The sauce is sweet and spicy, as advertised!
So glad to have all these wonderful new options! It was a good meal, however, the portion was very small and the tofu was overcooked... although that certainly could have something to do with the microwave as well. Either way, it was geeat to be able to try and new vegan option!
This product has a very nice flavor, and texture. It would be good for a snack as it is very small like most Frozen prepared meals. A nice go to if you're in a pinch and not very hungry. It has 940 mg of sodium and 3 g of saturated fat which makes it something that one should not eat very often.
