Not a fan of #gatorade of any flavor … but I was lucky enough to be background for a tv show and it was hot hot hot .. we were outside all day .. I started to feel sick .. so I made myself drink one .. and honestly it helped.. for whatever reason.. so I was thankful.. #lemonlime was the best pick .. and it was ok .. but just not my favorite.. rehydrate.. replenishment.. refuel.. #recyclable

This drink is most useful frozen. This way, when I need it in the hot sun, it is always refreshing. The flavor frozen reminds me of a healthier Italian ice. #gatorade
