The taste and oil-like texture take a little adjusting to but once you’re used to it, it is actually quite nice. Plus, the spray format makes it very convenient.

This tastes neither good nor bad, but I really like this product because I find it's easier for me to remember to take it daily when I open up the fridge and see it. I will definitely buy it again.

Quality blend. Not the best taste, but your levels will thank you after 3 months. Spray twice daily.
