Vegan filet stripes

These filets are so so delicious, the texture is amazing and the taste good too!

Here you see an Iranian dish called Zereshk Polo ba Morghe. Basically saffron "chicken" with Basmati rice and sour berries 😍 #veganuary

Forse questi sono leggermente più buoni, oltre che molto più facili da trovare. Sicuramente tra i miei prodotti vegan preferiti!

Molto buoni, ottimi per fare il pollo al curry o con salse, secondo me buoni

anche semplicemente saltati in padella. Spero che per questi prodotti si decida presto di sostituire le vaschette in plastica non riciclata con alternative più sostenibili.

I cooked them with curry and coconut and ate them with rice: soft and tender

stripes. Next time I'll try them in a wrap.
