I tried this plant-based tuna fish today and I was really impressed by the texture

and taste! The ingredients are pretty decent and it is mostly made of pea protein, making it a nutritious, high-protein ingredient. I had it on a sandwich and also in a pasta dish, and they both came out delicious. It’s quite pricey and it’s made by Nestlé, so I probably won’t buy it again, but I was really curious to try it and I’m glad I did 👍🏻 #vegan #veganfish #vegantuna #gardengourmet #veganisnotscary #veganfood

This tuna alternative is really good! The smell and taste come close to tuna. Even

the consistency is similar to canned tuna. The main ingredients are water, pea and wheat protein. Unfortunately there is no information about the added flavourings. But overall a nice vegan fish alternative.

I know Garden Gourmet is a Nestle brand, I still tried their tuna alternative and

was actually mind-blown. It smells, looks and tastes like tuna. It‘s insane! If this doesn’t convince more people to try plant-based alternatives, I don‘t know what will!
