Vi dirò, non mi hanno fatto impazzire, forse perché è un alimento che non ho mai gradito molto. Consiglio di cucinarli a fiamma alta per poco tempo altrimenti rischiano di indurirsi troppo. Da provare ok ma sinceramente non penso che le riprenderò in futuro, forse per qualche ricetta particolare. Ah faccio notare che sono adatte anche alla cottura su griglia, questo ci piace 👍🏻
