Yeah this was amazing!! I made burgers with it. I used flax egg and breadcrumbs to bind and it actually worked pretty well.Threw a bunch of herbs and seasonings in there too, was such a delicious dinner for me and the bf!! Yummm. Really nice. Up there with my favourite vegan mince. Made a vegan shepherd's pie and it was very tasty.
I love this product, the taste is amazing. It does take me a few extra minutes (compared to other brands) to properly separate the mince meat when cooking it, as it tends to stick together. But the end result is excellent! I mainly use it to make the sauce for lasagne and they have the most awesome flavour.
