Si cuociono in un attimo e hanno un sapore molto delicato. Per me risultano un po’ troppo secchi, vanno conditi con una salsa.
Favolosi! È la parola che li descive meglio, ripassati in padella con un filo d olio poi aggiunti ad un insalata o una piadina.. Credo sia la cosa che più assomiglia alla carne ma ha un sapore decisamente migliore!
