This ground beef is fine; it does the trick. It reminds me of what ground beef is like. I added it to farro, then stuffed tomatoes with the mixture 🍅 My partner said he’d rather not buy it again because it is a Nestle brand, and he’s morally opposed to Nestle (but still not morally opposed to eating animals 🙄). Looks like Garden Gourmet has existed since 1986 and were only acquired by Nestle in 2017.
