Taste and texture was great! I prefer sausage patties to be wider so can be
used for sausage biscuits, unfortunately they are not. I ate one by itself, it was spicy but not too spicy, I can't handle super spicy foods. Chopped up the rest and put in mushroom gravy to top on some biscuits, it was excellent.
