This was the first plant-based meat product I tried. It is still my favorite. Tastes

so good and it has 10 g of protein per serving (3 pieces). Even my omnivorous husband loves.

Good tasting “chicken” tenders. Maybe not quite as “crispy” as the picture on the package,

Not too terrible on the sodium content for a fake meat at 15% per serving.

Cooks easy and taste great. Nice to have every now and again

I love these! I love pretty much all gardein products, but these “Seven Grain [mock

chicken / chick’n] Crispy Tenders” have been a staple for years. They’re great on their own, but I typically eat them with other things: in wraps and burritos, in mac & chreeze, they’d be great in salads (I just don’t eat salads as often as I should). The branding has changed a bit over the years, but still has on the front, in smaller print: “juicy plant-based chick’n breaded with wholesome grains including oats, quinoa, and millet”
