This vegan skagenröra was amazing! (For those outside Scandinavia, skagen is a popular mixture in Sweden that consists of prawn, mayo, sour cream and dill with roe as topping) This had some sort of peabased "meat" in it that had a nice consistency. I'm used to a firmer consistency since when I'm eating homemade skagen we use tofu but this was a nice consistency where it felt a little more prawn-like. The seaweedbased roe is nice and the flavours are just like you want them. I would still pick homemade vegan skagen over this but this is really good storebought version. This is prob of the best vegan skagenröror I've had and it's not too expensive. All in all this is def my go-to when I want a baguette or toast with Skagen and don't have the time and/or energy to bully my brother to make his homemade version.
