Pesto con tofu

Best vegan pesto for me, it reminds a lot the real taste.

A pesto made with tofu and cashews for a creamy consistency. Works very well! The only downside is that it’s a bit dry? Which is easily fixed with some extra olive oil 🫒🌱 #veganisnotscary

This vegan pesto is soo good, and even my non vegan boyfriend really like this one! It have a strong taste of basil and a little bit of garlic! I always use this pesto to pasta and vegan nuggets, it is really good! You can find it on Willys, in Sweden!

Delicious pesto with lots of flavor. The tofu adds a little thickness and maybe a little creaminess. Love this one!
