Soya Kebab

Soya kebab! We cooked it with tomatoes and spices like cinnamon, pepper, cloves for an

eastern delicious plate. We ate it with rice and salad. Very nice!!

ago, while I was traveling in Greece, I found in a Supermarket this soy mince. I was a bit surprised, since up to that point I hadn't found a lot of vegan products (I was mainly visiting small islands). But this was cheap and the bags were pretty big! In Italy it's not a product that I manage to find in my local supermarket, and so I decided to get two bags to bring home.

It's not a product that I use very often, so I still have a bit. Until a few days ago, I hadn't found yet the best way to enjoy it, but with this chili.... I would eat it everyday 😍
