claims to have done some degree of third party testing which is pretty great 😄 I can’t attest to the quality of the vitamins cause I feel no different but I am weary of consuming too little B12, an insight half a year of intake tracking has provided me with 😶 Additionally, it provides a healthy amount of Omega 3 - something I dropped since I stopped taking cod liver oil. As for the vitamin D, it seems like every brand is sneaking some of this stuff in 🤷♀️ I get ample sunlight from my desk & do walk under the sun a sufficient amount I hope 😂 Also the inclusion of a scent tablet was very much a bonus cause the vitamins smell amazing! #abillionwomen #roomtoread
