This was alright, made it as part of a bolognese and it did the job. But I found the texture to be a bit too mushy for my liking. There are other vegan minces that I prefer at a comparable price so I doubt I’ll be purchasing this one again
Good versatile product to use. It has a interesting meaty texture. It works very well for bolognese sauce.
Lo preparamos en un arroz caldoso con setas y buenísimo. Lo probaremos en otras recetas.
No me ha disgustado del todo pero dudo que vuelva a comprarlo. Tenía curiosidad por probarlo sobre todo para hacer boloñesa y la verdad es que me gusta más cómo queda con soja texturizada, que es mil veces más barata y la encuentro en cualquier supermercado.
