This is easily one of the best hamburger patties. The pattie was moist compared to other brands, the seasoning perfect to my taste. The patty is quit large (pic 1) against the hash brown, and also quite thick (pic 2). The Big Fry pattie is made from soy and various seasonings. Methyl cellulose is used as the binding agent as well as the fatty bits in the pattie, which I can't seem to find anywhere in SA. Fry's Family Food Co is our go-to brand for weekend comfort food and locally produced. I will definitely buy this again, it is a good and delicious product.
