Tried this boerie out on the braai this afternoon and we really enjoyed it 🔥 great taste and texture.
Whilst it didn’t remind me of boerewors at all (not necessarily a bad thing) I still think it would be amazing served Boerie Roll style, with caramelised onion, tomato relish, etc.
Today we just enjoyed it as is, hot off the braai alongside mushroom/veg sosaties, mielies, potatoes, onion, and garlic bread 👌

Really chuffed how these turned out. Crispy outside, great texture and incredibly tasty. Happy to
take these to a braai 🔥👌. Made a great boerewors roll 🌭 and when we added fried onions and chutney it was perfect. Even enjoyed by the non vegan in our house 😀🙌

Had to improvise with buns instead of rolls. BUT best "boerewors" ever and that's coming
from me - an Afrikaans girl. Our carni friends and family also really enjoy these! Great value for money. Good pan fried and on the braai. #frysfamily #veganboerewors #veganuary
