This is a lovely coconut milk although it is so cold here that it was

solid all the way through and not separated with a watery layer at the bottom as I was expecting. I needed it for a curry so just scooped out what I needed easily and it has a lovely texture and aroma. This is one of my favourite ingredients. It is always in my kitchen. Until now,

I have bought the lighter one, but this is so much better! It is thick, very tasty, and I use it in almost every recipe. It gives an amazing flavour to any sauce and desserts. I like to make carrot cake from it😁

Wow, I loved this so much! I was so pleased when I saw Lidl added
